Can I change or cancel my order?
Because our fulfillment process begins automatically to ensure fast delivery, we unfortunately cannot make changes (like size or color) to an order after it is placed.
For cancellations, please contact us at support@looxiy.com within 1 hour of your purchase. We cannot guarantee cancellations after this time as the order may already be in processing.
How can I track my order?
